GENERAL FEATURES

  1. SHS_42XXX- Smart Hybrid Sensor combines Acoustical Emission Probe, Audible Probe, 3D Accelerometers and a Temperature Sensor.
  1. SHS_421XX – Smart Wireless Hybrid Sensor reveals the distortions in friction pairs of journal and roller bearings
  1. SHS_422XX – Smart Wireless Hybrid  reveals the gas and liquid leakage.
  1. SHS_423XX – Smart Wireless Hybrid Sensor reveals disturbances in insulation of high voltage equipment and mechanical cracks.
  1. SHS_42XXX includes an imbedded microprocessor performing on the board Signal processing of Vibration, Audible, Acoustical Emission and Temperature Signals.
  1. SHS_42XXX Smart Hybrid Sensor is incorporated into Sensor Network  by RS485 driver. The data connection   is performed by Modbus protocol.
  1. SHS_42XXX operates with PSE’s Diagnostics & Prognostics Server providing a Cloud storage for the sensor  signals, automatic diagnostics of machine faults and prognostics of time when diagnostics key indicators reach a preliminary set  thresholds.
